We invite you to join us all for Mindfulness Month during the month of May.
We will be sharing tools for the art of mindful living in families. Mindfulness is about being fully present within the moment and becoming aware of ourselves and place in the world around us.
We believe that by providing children and families with the skills and love of yoga and mindfulness, we are ensuring the future health of our planet. Imagine having practised the skills and mindfulness of yoga from a child. How differently you would tread this world and cope as an adult.
Having a mindfulness practice can induce a state of peace, happiness and freedom through love, joy and compassion. Especially as the stresses of our modern lives seem to complicate even the simplest of things.
Practising as a family is vital in keeping connection, trust and love flowing. Todays world is fast paced and more and more families are becoming disconnected through busy life styles and an increasing focus on screens and media.
Family practice is all about support. By combining our energies and insights we are allowing our practices to flow through us, our families and friends. Ultimately to reach further out into the world, keeping the seeds strong to grow a conscious generation and to bring peace in building a mindful home for all beings.
Join us over the month of May with weekly blogs, videos and tool to help you bring your mindfulness practice home. As a mama of a practicing mindful home I can assure you that by taking a few mindful moments you can make positive changes families need to navigate the tides of modern stresses. You can see just how easy it can be with just a few simple steps to a brighter outlook on life.
