Yoga in the Rain at Children’s Family Fun Day!

Rainbow Pammy at the Gosnells Women's Health Fair

This weekend Rainbow Yogis went for a play at the wonderful Women’s Health and Wellbeing Service (WHWS) Children’s Family Fun Day!

The weather had been a little grey all day and right as we started our yoga adventure, the sky finally fell! I was so proud of all my brave little yogi warriors! They were so caught up in our adventure, they insisted we continued on with our Asanas through the rain! Such little troopers!

Yoga in the rain was so refreshing and fun.

We drank the rain whilst in Bridge Pose, a moment I will never forget and one in which I enjoyed with all my heart.

After our adventure I found myself a new hat!

And met an 8 day old little piglet! Ohhhhhhh so so sweet!

The Women’s Health and Wellbeing Service is a fantastic organisation, promoting the wellbeing, self esteem, independence and health awareness of women in our community. They offer a wide range of services and resources spanning from relationship councelling and mental health to multicultural support and assistance to the victims of sexual assault.

If you’re ever feeling lost or blue, please give them a call. They really do care and will be able to set you on the right track or call on me and I will send you some rainbow love!

Check out www.whws.org.au or call 08 9490 2258.

Thank you WHWS, for your fantastic work and for having us along!
